WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Our full service planning + design package offers you personalized service from the start. We start with a kick-off meeting to get to know you and what you envision for every aspect of the day from food to entertainment. Our team is there throughout the entire process with unlimited communication and advice through our online planning portal.

  • After your kick-off meeting, we create a draft budget of your dream day using our industry knowledge and expertise. Once you have your draft budget in-hand, you can prioritize where you would like to save and where you would like to splurge. From there, we will handle contracts and deposits as we start to book your wedding vendors.

  • Our unique design process begins with reviewing your inspiration and transforming that into a detailed design document. During our detail + design meeting, we will review all of our creative ideas to infuse your day with personality and style. From there, we will create a detailed proposal for your review. Once your proposal is approved, we will get to work, sourcing, purchasing and creating all of the design elements that make up your unique day.

  • We are here to coordinate with your vendors every step of the way. Let us take care of designing the perfect floor plan, communicating timeline, and running your day of schedule. We will meet with you ahead of wedding day to gather all of your wishes, so we never have to pull you off the dance floor with a question. Coordination also includes your coordinator managing your ceremony rehearsal.

  • It’s one thing to plan your event, and another job to physically produce it. Event production goes beyond signing contracts and creating a timeline. Our on-site coordinators are there to ensure every single vendor is doing their job throughout the day. Set up, tear down, and everything in between is taken care of by our full service team. They are problem solvers and magic makers. They are there to keep you enjoying the party without any stress!

Event Management

We are here to coordinate with your vendors every step of the way. Let us take care of designing the perfect floor plan, communicating the timeline, and running your day-of schedule.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • You will have the following meetings with your day-of coordinator: Vendor meeting, timeline meeting, venue walk -through and your final call.

  • Your coordinator will ensure each of your vendors has all the important day-of information that they need from timeline to floor plan to parking information.

  • You will have a dedicated call to walk-through your timeline from start to finish. Your timeline is then custom crafted to your wedding day wishes.

  • Your coordinator will work with you and your venue to finalize your floor plan once your final guest count is received.

  • Your coordinator will manage your ceremony rehearsal ensuring everyone knows exactly where to go and what to do on wedding day.

  • Let our team take care of setting up and tearing down your table top decor such as table numbers and candles.

  • We offer a wide array of packages to suit your specific needs. The right package needs to fit your budget as well as your desired level of involvement from the TD Co. team. Our full service planning and design package is truly white glove service, where our coordination package will help you line up details that you already have planned on your own.

  • Our various packages suit different budgets. We recommend a budget of $70,000 minimum for full service planning and design. Our partial package budgets typically range from $40,000-$50,000, while our day-of coordination budgets range anywhere from $30,000-$70,000.

  • When you hire us for full service planing, it is our job to contract highly experienced and reliable vendors. With this package, we ask you to book off of our preferred vendor list. However, many of our couples like to choose an officiant that is dear to their hearts. We are always open to these types of exceptions! Our design clients are required to work with our in-house florist to ensure a cohesive and seamless design. Our other packages offer a more flexible approach to planning when it comes to vendor selection.

  • On wedding day, you will have a lead coordinator and at least one event assistant present. Many of our weddings require 2-3 event assistants on top of your day-of coordinator. If you are a design and floral client, we staff the day accordingly based on installation complexity. Some weddings have seen up to twelve TD Co. staff members buzzing about.

  • The ideal TD Co. client wants an immersive, hands off wedding planning experience. They trust our vision and relate to our approachable, yet editorial and quietly luxurious designs. However, they are responsive and involved when it comes to transparently expressing their budget, desires and expectations regarding their wedding day. Our ideal clients sit back and relax knowing we will handle every detail along the way.

  • The first step to booking with us is to complete the contact form on our website. Once you have submitted your form, we will review the information and follow up to schedule a consultation call. During the consultation call we will determine what services would be the best fit for your budget and service expectations. Following the call, you will receive a contract for digital signature as well as a link to make your 50% deposit. Your remaining balance is due by wedding day.

  • We specialize in bold, editorial designs that play with color, texture and depth. Mixing romantic and modern, we enjoy creating designs that push the limit and challenge the traditional idea of what luxury means in the wedding industry. If you are an out of the box couple, we are your out of the box design team!
